The most impressive hotel just a few minutes walk from the station connected by walkway. Loved the convenience of getting to all the places we wanted to go. Staff were most helpful and breakfast was excellent with ample variety to enjoy for a week.

Everything 5 stars, booked Club Room came with free champagne and chocolates plus use of jacuzzi,sauna,steam room and ice pool included. Enjoyed eating breakfast in Cambord French restaurant on the 28 floor. Food and service was excellent you hardly see 8 utensils on the right side of your water glass. I ordered Western option came with seafood Benedict plus 9 other small items this was included 👻

We booked the hotel specifically for their amenities unfortunately we were not able to use it. Their pool is not allowing kids after 6pm. The next day, it was closed and reopened on the following day which is our check out day. My daughter was very disappointed as she was looking forward to go swimming. And plus*** if you use their amenities you have to pay apart from your payment of the hotel stay.

Such unexpected luxury!

Fantastic start to stay! Stayed on the executive floor, special escort and checkin. Enjoyed the spa and sauna-free with executive floor. Love the pjs and waffle robes! Beautiful view from the 26th floor! Complimentary sparkling wine, Chocolates and small gift.

Firstly …What VIP privilege was there supposed to be? I didn’t receive any. Secondly.. all the facilities stated for the hotel of “gym-pool-spa” are not free for hotel guests. You had to pay JPY 3300 for 2 hours access. The facility of “laundry” is a dry cleaning / laundry service and not a laundry room. I think it’s fair for hotels to choose what they want to offer but please state it clearly in your app. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel had I known all these were as such.
