There are pre check in items to be completed online as there is no hotel front desk service. FOB has to be picked up at the front desk. Parking needs to be arranged in advance Rooms are nice and comfortable, kitchenette and laundry machines available. Room was clean. I'm assuming that rooms are better in spring or summer. In December the room was cold. Floor was cold and the heat only adjustable to 70F. Lukewarm air was coming from the vent. Many floor to ceiling windows which contribute to the cold. I had to wear sweatshirt and sweatpants in bed. Otherwise the room is fine and kept in good condition, furniture is simple and modern. Ok for our one night stay. Located near the Google office. Nit.much else around in terms of restaurants etc. Categorized as a two star on Expedia, should be a three star.

Loud and noisy, drafty. Floor was sticky upon arrival, balcony had a lovely view of the cash money. Staff was okay when you could find them. Key Fob didnt work most of the time and so had to wait for concierge to become available to get up to room. No amenities whatsoever, required a functional key fob. No hand soap was left. Bathroom sink was grimy. Will charge you a pet cleaning fee no matter how clean you leave the property. Its actually just a pet cleaning tax. Thoroughly unimpressed with this property. Unimpressed how I had to pay for parking, pay 100 dollars for a pet cleaning fee so that someone could pocket the money as the property was left in a very clean state. Unimpressed with my deposit being held hostage until the fee is paid.

I've stayed at the Laundry Rooms about 5 times in the past year and the rooms are great. The rooms are always clean, spacious and better equipped than most hotels. The balconies have some great views. The check in process is quick and easy. I also really appreciate that they're flexible and accommodating with early arrival times and later check outs when I requested them. This is my preferred place to stay in the KW area and I would highly recommend it, especially if you have a longer stay.

While the room was nice, and the price was competitive, I'd much rather have stayed in a hotel. Companies shouldn't be allowed to own condo buildings and rent them out as short term rentals. I would not live in a building where half the units were AirBnB-type rentals. This is gross and should be illegal. There aren't any staff on site besides the single security guard at the front door. There should be staff on duty 24/7. There should be traditional staff on site to deal with, whether or not there are any issues. Also, parking should be included in the cost of the room. There should not be an additional cost, nor should they be allowed to tell you "you might get a parking spot." This wouldn't be a thing in a hotel.
