Bed was super hard. Didn't have the Fox News channel.
We were pleasantly surprised as how updated and pristine this gem in the woods! It has all the amenities of a first class hotel-comfy bed, fresh smelling towels, microwave, refrigerator, coffee. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay. Was perfect for our needs. Simple and easy and updated fixtures. Comfortable beds. Cleanliness was great, little issue with the floors only cuz they are hard wood floors and that can be hard to keep clean at times. No debris, just needs little more mopping, bare feet were a bit dirty going to bed. But it is in a woodsy area so to be somewhat expected. No other complaints. Thanks again!
Quick and easy checking in. Very territorial setting on the scenic byway. The rocky point resort just up the road served a decent meal with a great view.
Seems like it's been recently renovated. The room was clean and spacious. I slept great, but i think my husband thought our bed was too soft. My nephew didn't sleep well because his bed was too hard. Which i also agree the twin bed was a lot firmer than the queen bed. You can't please them all.
There aren't many dining options around and nothing open late, so plan ahead if you're coming in after 8pm. Ask for recommendations, we got a coupon to go to a lake side resorts restaurant, which had tasty burgers.
Hotels.com really messed up here. This review is in no way a reflection of quality of this hotel. I was never able to stay here. We were led astray via the location of this hotel on hotels.com. It listed the hotel as being in the town of Klamath Falls. It is actually 30 miles north of Klamath Falls. Once in Klamath we realized the hotel is near Crater Lake, what? We decided not to go 30 miles in the opposite direction of our traveling just to stay overnight. So, we drove thru to our destination further south. We have found that Hotels.com has charged us the full amount for the room. Won’t be using Hotels.com from this point on. They don’t have a phone number to call to discuss the issue which is too bad. Once again, nothing against this hotel, we never stayed here. It’s Hotels.com that gave incorrect information.
Small, simple and cute. I needed something out of the way and was pleasantly surprised at this attractive stop. It has a well stocked store and gas pumps.
Updated and quaint property located close to recreational areas and the perk of beautiful fresh pine air as it is out of any towns and surrounded by the trees. Friendly staff, quick easy check in and strong wifi connection were a nice greeting to start the stay. Location was great rght on the highway on our way to Crater Lake this was a wonderful stop and perfect place to stay for the night. The room was clean, updated with comfortable bed, great pillows and ample blankets for the chilly fall temps and plenty of plugs with usb for charging all the things. I have mobility issues and this was easily accessible with parking right outside the door and a walk in shower. Key code entry emailed to me in advance of arrival made a later check-in a breeze. Small convenience store and gas on site was helpful.
The hotel was easy nice for a roadside hotel. The store and gas station on the property are very convenient. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely be back.
