Great breakfast. Room comfortable. But no business centre despite Expedia listing that it had one. Room was cleaned very late one day (probably due turning over rooms for guests leaving / new guests coming) — so I’d advise putting out the make up room sign when you go out; they’ll clean it faster.

We were informed of our upgrade at check-in. Provided on of the best spaces we’ve experienced traveling. Location was fantastic. Enjoyed a quiet nightcap in the lounge. Staff was very friendly & helpful. WiFi was good but required joining a loyalty club.

We had an amazing stay here, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here with our 3 year old and they made our stay very comfortable. The location is very convenient. We would stay here again.

The location is ideal for touring sites in Vienna. Easy walk to shopping areas and attractions, museums. We found our room somewhat uncomfortable and relatively expensive for the comfort level provided.
