The temperature of the pool was too cold as was the sauna. There was no body wash in the showers which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Also the showers were cold in the evening but they were hot in the morning. We didn't have a good breakfast experience either. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table as it was very busy. However all the fruit was gone.and the bread and fruit juice. When our breakfasts eventually arrived some items were missing. Disappoiywith this supposedly 4 star hotel.

This hotel has loads of potential but unfortunately the hygiene of it isn’t up to standards .I recently stayed here and when I checked into my room , the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and there was used toilet roll left on the floor along with dirty towels and an empty can of alcohol left by the sink.I told reception about it who were lovely and extremely apologetic and upgraded me to another room .However this wasn’t much better , the remote control and telephone in the room were filthy, the bed side locker had stains on it , the carpet had stains, the spoons left for tea/coffee were dirty and water was left in the kettle from the previous guest. These are simple basic things that should be cleaned in all rooms on a regular basis.The hotel would be lovely if the upkeep of it was maintained and the rooms were cleaned properly. As a result , I don’t think I would be inclined to stay here again.

Rooms staff amenities etc were average to good. Receptionist from turkey was lovely and helpful never got her name. Food was average except one meal on our 3 night stay. We both had the beef roast, mine was ok but my wife’s beef was just all gristle and inedible. When we politely said something we still had to pay
