Original booking price was 89/night it was bumped up to 250 due to the race, not worth it! GPS takes you way past the trailer, to a different trailer in the park, thank goodness she responds quickly and I was able to get to where I was going and not just walk in someone’s home, (the door is left unlocked with key on table) the road to the trailer is horrible so hang it to the left if you can! The main part is pretty clean, but there are cobwebs in the corners of the bathrooms and dead bugs in the window seals. Beds are comfortable, but one room smelled faintly of pee. It could be really good if there was more attention to details, but I would not recommend at the raised price even if it is a short distance to the track. She was very easy to communicate with. Just needs a little work to make it a more comfortable worth the expense stay.

Kristi’s trailer was exactly as described—cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The central air was a lifesaver in the August heat, and the location couldn’t be better for a quick trip to the racetrack. We appreciated how close it was to all the conveniences of Knoxville. Kristi was friendly and very responsive to messages, which made our stay even easier.
