Convenient close to I-75, super clean and updated/new facility. The area around is not great, but it is safe. We had a gymnastics meet at Knoxville convention center and it was easy to commute there. Breakfast options are above average and lobby and breakfast area are well kept.

The hotel is clean as was the breakfast bar. It’s a value hotel worth the cost, as in a good deal. The best part is its proximity to downtown. It’s right off Route 75 and we could zip downtown in 10 minutes.

This would have been 5 stars if not for the key reader on the main parking lot door not working. Having to walk around to the front of the hotel in a massive thunderstorm because the door wouldn't open at the parking area was not fun. Otherwise the room was clean, comfy, and everything looked pretty new. The staff were friendly as well.
