Stayed at this site from june 11-june 13. Staff at the location were very friendly and helpful. Mvp was the valet sorry i didnt get your name. If you are planning on bringing your car just park at the locust garage which is right next to the hotel garage and way cheaper. The reasoning for 3 stars is because the cleanliness in room(we checked in and room garbage wasn't full taken out, empty water bottle on the floor and roach in the hallway). Hotel's pool was not operational as per front desk.

Very clean, convenient location to UT. Friendly desk staff. Would have given highest rating, but a big reason we booked the hotel was so the kids could swim in the pool. When we arrived, i asked about pool hours and was told there was a problem with the pool, but we could use the pool at the ymca across the corner from the hotel. The pool is a 3 lane lap pool 20yards long, and the pass said we would be charged $8 for using it. Cant do canonballs or play in a pool people are swimming laps in. We didn't know if the $8 was per person or family, etc. We were rather annoyed that an amenity included in our room cost was replaced by something we were expected to pay more for and couldnt really enjoy.
