Nice except for their towel policy, lol

The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was that when I went to ask for some extra towels they made me bring the dirty ones to the desk to swap them out. I really didn't like walking through the hotel with wet and dirty towels and washcloths. I'd have stayed in many places and I have never had to do that before. It was odd. Other than that experience, it was a very nice place to stay.

Front desk person was super nice and friendly! Room was clean but there was a lingering smell in room and staircase. Venting in bathroom is nonexistent so when you take a shower the bathroom fogs up terribly.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly at check-in but not at the desk in the morning (they asked that we return our room keys there at check-out, but no one was at the desk). The shuttle driver called me 10 minutes early, so I felt rushed--although he said it would be fine if we were there at the agreed on time.

Most everything was Good to Excellent! A few things I would address are the morning breakfast should be changed up ever other day to take away one or two items and add a couple items! There 5 days same thing everyday🙁 the coffee in Lobby area should be made fresh more often at least one craft! I would like to see more hooks in bathroom!

The stay was ok. The only real issues were 1. I never received the wake up call to catch my flight, fortunately I set my own. And 2. We were set to be in 311 originally upon unlocking the door, someone else was already staying in that room. We had to go to the office again and get reassigned rooms.

As with my prior stay, the hotel room, halls, lobby and pool area all were pristine! Very welcoming lounge/work area with strong coffee/lemon infused water available 24/7. Staff are all friendly, accommodating and professional. Despite being directly across from airport, rooms are very quiet. Good variety of places to grab a bite in immediate area, as well. Only drawback...beds are Sooooo comfy, you won't want to get up to start your day!

Staff was wonderful!

Comfortable beds and pillows, very clean rooms, and the staff from the admissions to the maintenance men were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with the amount of space they had to work with. This was a very busy weekend.
