The location has all high-end appliances. The loft is full of character with refinished original hardwood and exposed brick throughout.

During the warmer months and on weekends the Old City can be quite a vibrant scene. That said, it can sometimes be noisy just by nature of where we are located, right in the heart of the action. While we have made provisions to help attenuate sound, we cannot guarantee your entire experience will be pin drop quiet.

This loft is located in the heart of old city among downtown’s best bars, restaurants, and night life. We want you to be aware that weekends, and some weekday nights, can be lively in the Old City up to around 3am. We do provide ear plugs and noise machines.

Please keep in mind that there are 25 steps leading up to the loft.

This home is right in the heart of Knoxville’s nightlife (bars, clubs, restaurants), which is great for groups who want to be part of the action. You can walk out your door and into all of Knoxville’s finest bistros, bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. There WILL be noise from the street, people, the train (which goes behind the building and through the Old City), etc. On weekends you will hear music from the clubs. We supply ear plugs and noise machines in the loft. During the week, the outside noise is usually light; however, weekends can be very active up until 3 am when bars close.

The apartment is set in a redbrick building in the Old City neighborhood. Steps away are eclectic boutiques, trendy wine bars, and vibrant restaurants, as well as a number of art galleries. The Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame is a short walk away. WE ARE RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO SOME POPULAR NIGHT CLUBS AND IT GETS VERY LIVELY ON THE WEEKENDS UNTIL AROUND 3am

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: There is a security camera located on the exterior of the loft facing the shared stairwell. This is considered a common area outside of the loft. Cameras record audio and visual. Security cameras are located ONLY at the shared stairwell.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.
