The room heat was very loud. It made a super loud noise all night that didn't allow much sleep but it was too cold to do without. The elevator was down which expedia didn't make us aware of so we had to carry out luggage up the stairs. Breakfast could be improved by adding a few hot elements. Everything was a cold continental. The room was clean. Overall, not bad for the price but definitely wouldn't have chosen anywhere that didn't have an elevator.

I always look at the rating for a hotel and read the comments of other travelers and always look for a 9 or better. This place did not live up to the rating it was given, especially the breakfast, which many of the reviews claimed was fantastic. We left hungry and looking for a place to get a decent breakfast. As far as our room, it was ok.

The breakfast was a sorry state of affairs. Bagels, muffins, cold cereal and fruit. When I see a continental breakfast, I am at least hoping for waffles along with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, and gravy… That’s what most of the breakfasts have been at the hotels we’ve stayed at. I ended up having fruit loops for breakfast…. Sad
