Solid with minor issues

Everything was fine. No 24 hour front desk, but not an issue for us. Room was large and comfortable. Pot smell was evident in several spots, including our room, which was a negative

This hotel is just like the motel 6. It is a very basic hotel. I showed up at 7 on. The front desk was unbelievably closed at 6 pm on weekend. There was a phone on the wall. You must dail 500 to let someone know you are here but I am Deaf and can't use the phone. That's DUMB! It is not an ADA compliance. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. There was no cookware unless you pay for it. No kleenex. No shampoo. Someone was smoking pot on the third floor. It was ridiculous.

NOT CLEAN

Not clean at all. Cancelled immediately after first night. I found a much cleaner hotel for the same price down the road. I was disappointed immediately as I step foot into the hotel. It reeked of smoke/weed. Not sure what the smell was and the room had a strong stench as well. Almost every surface in the room had visible signs of grime, including the floors and walls. We spoke with the front desk and she was very accommodating and tried to get us a new room but both rooms were not clean. There were hairs in the bathroom still in the second room. The ladies working at the desk were very sweet but it was not enough to stay at a hotel this dirty. I wouldn’t ever come back to this hotel. Service and friendliness from the staff was good but like I said, it needs a much higher standard and quality of cleanliness for a hotel. Honestly not sure how the reviews were calling this place clean. I didn’t feel like anything was clean in the entire facility. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures because I was trying so hard to just GET OUT of thereASAP.

I was very thankful for the laundry facility and ease of payment app with Apple Pay. The staff was so nice and glad there was always emergency staff member onsite. TV size was awesome! Room was clean with plenty of towels/toilet paper. Fridge and microwave worked great, A/C worked great. All around a great property-thanks!

The onsite staff member was very pleasant and accommodating. Check in was smooth and the facility was clean. Breakfast was not included but I wasn’t wanting breakfast. It is very close to shopping and restaurants and easy to navigate to and from.

Price is right

Overall, the Hotel is good for the price. It is an extended stay hotel, with rooms having a full size refrigerator and 2 place stove. Room was looked and seemed clean. My guess is there are business travelers that stay there a week or two at a time. My bathroom clean, but had a couple small red stains on the bathroom counter/Vanity that looked like was from a paint can or something sitting there. The rest of the bathroom was fine. The bed is ok, not very comfy, of course it is hard to get comfy in a bed you usually don't sleep in. Staff is very friendly and check in/out was easy. They offered their service to help stay be better if I needed anything. So if I just rated the hotel on the staff, it would be a 5 out of 5.

A place to sleep

We simply needed at place to stay for the night. This hotel was ok. However, we were very disappointed that there were no bathroom toiletries available (ie: soap).

We reserved a handicap accessible room. We even called the day before to confirm the room category. When we got there they were sold out and tried to get us to accept a different room. You don’t just stop being disabled because a hotel is unable to plan. We weren’t able to stay more than one night if a two week reservation and were forced to get a different hotel at the last minute. Disabled travelers beware: they are not ADA compliant.

The property was generally clean in appearance. We used it as a one night stopover. The hotel I think generally caters to long term workman type clients. All we friendly it was a basic hotel stay.
