Room was a little cramped but otherwise clean and quiet.Fridge and Electric kettle. About 5 blocks from the Portliner Terminal Station.

location is good to see downtown Kobe however they do not have parking and only have one elevator so it might take awhile to go up and down. during my stay my room had a hole in the wall just a little bigger then a USD quarter. front desk spoke basic english which is not bad just know their might be a language barrier. overall i would stay again for the price.

We had a smoking room instead of non-smoking. Maybe i made a mistake during the booking process, but for me it was not so clear on the website. Except that we had a pleasant stay with a nice breakfast :-)

アメニティのシャンプー、コンディショナーがだめ。個人差はあるのかもしれないが、髪がキシキシ。 フェイス&ハンドソープは最高。 ルームウェアの状態が悪すぎる。着用回数が多いのか、年数が多いのか毛羽立っているというかなんというか、、。 エレベーターは1台しかなくすぐ来ない。不便すぎる。 もう泊まらないかな。

チェックインの時に、カードキーだけ渡されて他の説明が全くなかったので、部屋に入る時に少し手こずりました。 使用する人が少ないのかもしれませんが、電気ケトルにホコリが被っていたのが唯一客室内で気になりました。他は部屋にレンジもあるし冷蔵庫の効きも良かったです。 建物の構造上どうも出来ませんが、1つしかないエレベーターが4人でいっぱいになります。チェックアウトに向かう時に何回も見送ることになったのが大変でした。フロントからは階段を案内してもらってスムーズに出られたので、その点は良かったです。 駅から徒歩圏内、コンビニや飲食店が近い、バス停が近いなど立地面はとても良かったです。
