可もなく不可もなく

部屋は少し古いようですが、清潔でした。ただ、エアコンの音がやや大きく、同宿者は何回か目覚めたと言っていました。 朝の大浴場の風呂は、お湯が汚れていました。お湯の循環が十分でないのでしょうか。朝食はブッフェ形式でしたが、品数は少なめでした。 予約時に期待すると、全体的に期待外れと感じるかもしれません。

合宿所のような。

温泉＋畳の部屋というのは、子連れ旅行にぴったりだと思います。 建物は古いし、隣の部屋から子どものドタドタや騒ぐ声が聞こえますが、逆にこちらも気にせず過ごせて良いです。

出乎意料的滿意！

酒店位置偏遠，雖有專車接送，但網上預訂時卻沒有提及專車接送的位置及時間，要到三宮站的旅遊中心查詢，才知專車班次稀疏。車程約二十分鐘，十分準時，路上景色優美，為酒店增加期待感。 雖然酒店偏遠，附近人跡罕至，但酒店已提供所有，不必出外補給。 職員服務態度很好，房間乾淨企理，我與伴侶都十分高興，房間景色宜人，氣溫比市區清涼，十分舒適！ 而我即試酒店的溫泉，溫泉區面積大，有不少類型的池提供，加上露天溫泉可享受其景色及邊浸邊吹涼風，是很棒的體驗。唯溫泉沒有毛巾供應，初初不知的我抹身有點狼狽。桑拿房中規中矩，溫度高，用後表示十分舒適！ 整個體驗評價很高！除地點偏遠，專車班次限制了行程的安排外（翌日最早的班次是十時，本來想更早外出），整體都很滿意！ 順帶一提，候車處有足湯供乘客試試，十分周到！

bad experience

it's not a happy experience for this stay. first as we miss the hotel information that this hotel does not have 24-hours service center. you must check in before 11pm. and after 23pm no reception no service provide. and also they will lock the hotel door that you are not able to go out. As we don't know the situation that we only received the hotel email at 10:57pm for asking about our reservation, we reply at once but after 20min that the hotel send an email telling us that as they are closed at 11pm so they already cancelled my reservation. this is very bad service hotel although after argued through email that they are going to wait for us till 1am. but during the check in the staff is really unfriendly. and we are not able to go out and no one prepare the bed in the room. We need to do it by ourself. all the hotel facilities are cloesed after 11pm. Therefore we do not have anything to eat. if you are going to travel around and not prepare only enjoy the facilities in the hotel and just sleeping at night. Please do not consider this hotel.
