If you are arriving by train, this property is about a 15 minute walk from Kochi station, which for Kochi is a fairly short walk. The location is also right next to a bus terminal, with a couple tram stops nearby as well. Good shopping is a close walk, and the castle is also only a 15 minute walk. As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets. As for the property, it is a bit older, and while the hallway had a strange smell, the room smelled fine, was clean, and had good air conditioning. Moreover, they did daily cleaning, which is always nice. Overall I thought this was a good hotel, especially for the price.

とにかく設備が古いのと部屋が狭く特に机がお盆くらいしかなかったので仕事が出来なかった スタッフの対応はとても良いし、笑顔と声掛けが素晴らしい！

お世話になりました ありがとうございます 息子夫婦と久しぶりに高知迄出かけられて 受付しエレベーターを降りたらタバコの匂いがして部屋に入ってもタバコの匂いで気分が下がってしまいましたそれだけが残念でした。
