VILLA DESCRIPTION
Built into a lush hillside, this extraordinary four-bedroom Samui villa in Laem Set commands panoramic views across the Gulf of Siam. The 900 sqm property has a breathtaking 180-degree view of the ocean, spacious ensuite bedrooms and a private plunge pool with waterfall.

Designed to cascade down towards the ocean views, the villa’s living spaces follow the natural slope of the hillside. Guests are invited to follow the series of timber decks and stone terraces over four storeys, leading down to a deck complete with a plunge pool, waterfall and sunbeds. The yoga deck can also easily be transformed into a relaxing lounging area. Each room is thoughtfully integrated with the landscape.

The interiors are seriously chic. Be amazed by the floor-to-ceiling glass doors which invite the outdoors into the villa. Vintage and designer furnishings, alongside carefully curated artworks, create a unique and welcoming atmosphere in every space. Enjoy using the open-plan living room, minimalist kitchen, the outdoor bar area and an al fresco dining area for up to eight persons.

A private chef can be booked in advance to prepare personalised meals and barbecues, at an extra fee. When you need to head in for the night, retreat into any one of the four stylish ensuite bedrooms that each feature a private balcony.

FLOORS
- L2 Residence occupies four floors:
- First Floor: Parking, entrance, open-plan living area, outdoor dining table.
- Second Floor: Three bedrooms including the master bedroom and yoga platform.
- Third Floor: One bedroom and garden.
- Fourth Floor: Plunge pool.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING
- The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults.
- Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged.

LIVING AREAS
- There is an open-plan living area with ceiling fan and large TV with Apple/IPTV.
- There is also a wireless sound system in the open lounge.
- There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities.

ENTERTAINMENT
High-speed WiFi throughout and a Satellite TV and Apple TV / IPTV in the living room only. There is also a media projector, CD/DVD player and sound system.

KITCHEN & DINING
- The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, stove top, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.
- The outdoor dining area can sit up to 8 persons.
- A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Thai, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT).

WELLNESS
- Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga.

- The villa features two massage beds, yoga deck, universal adapter, and outdoor wet kitchen.
- They also have a communal swimming pool within the Estate, just a 10-min walk up the hill.

- Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- A baby cot/high chair is available for free upon request.
- An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.

POOL AREA
- Measuring 3.9m x 3.2m x 1.2m Private plunge pool
- The pools are set to normal temperature
- No shallow end for kids

ANNOUNCEMENT
Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
