Wonderful spot. Service was impeccable. Beautiful views especially the higher up on the hillside your villa is. Food was terrific but they could use one more restaurant for dinner to offer options with 100 villas on property.

Our stay at Centara Reserve was truly unforgettable, and that’s largely thanks to the incredible people who made it so special. Fah went above and beyond in every way, and the fact that she shared a birthday with Donovan made the experience even more meaningful. She made sure it was celebrated in such a thoughtful, personal way that we’ll never forget. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. Sai, the manager, was equally amazing. You can tell how much pride he takes in creating an exceptional guest experience. Everything felt seamless, elevated, and truly special because of his leadership. Together, they created moments that went far beyond what you expect from a luxury stay. We left feeling so well taken care of and already can’t wait to come back.

We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. A very special thank you to Bill from the service team, who went above and beyond to help curate and manage our experiences, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. This was a truly memorable family holiday, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui to anyone looking for world-class service, incredible food, and one of the best views in Thailand.

I would give the staff MORE than 5 stars if I could! They were all amazing. Not one staff member that we interacted with was anything less than incredible. They were kind, friendly, helpful, going out of their way repeatedly to help. Sheraton Samui, you have an awesome staff!
