Minimalist villa with fantastic sea views
With built area of 388 SQM, in total plot size of 1600 SQM, Spread over multiple levels and layered into the natural rock formations rising from the coast, the design of this villa is cutting edge with minimalist interior. The villa has four spacious bedrooms, two on the lower levels and two on the upper terraces, all with wonderful sea views. Each room has a large en-suite bathroom and opens onto a private terrace. At the heart of the villa is an open-plan living area flanked by the slate-tiled infinity-edged swimming pool. The glass walled entertainment room, complete with plasma-screen television and home theatre is attached to the living room. A secluded roof deck and garden area is ideal for sunset cocktails and some of the best views on the estate.
