We stay at Samui Resotel for 5 nights. From check in to check out was good. Every Staff were polite, friendly and really helpful with exceptional customer services from the first day to last day. Our air conditioning in the room was broken and didn’t work for hours. We reported to the reception and got offer to move to a new room if the issue couldn’t fix. They sent technicians to come to fix it promptly and finally, the problem was fixed in very short time. The room was good and spacious with all amenities you need! There were 2 water of bottles refilled everyday and you actually can ask for more if needed. The tv program was not great for foreigners. If the hotel can set up the Netflix app on telly, it would be great. The plunge pool was small but clean and good enough for morning and night dip in. The main pool with swim up bar was also great as well. The buffet breakfast was good choices each day and tasty. On the last night, my husband got food poisoning! He got vomits and diarrhoea many times and I asked the reception if I could get some more water and the housekeeper brought them right away! If you want to go to the main chaweng or Samui central, you can book the shuttle bus at the reception at 2 pm to drop you there or book at 6 pm to pick you up and back to hotel. There are many red songtaew taxis to go by yourself anytime and cost 100 bahts/ person each way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again next times! Highly recommend!
