The Space:
Villa T'Uzetje allows you to enjoy all contemporary comforts. This charming vacation house is THE place where you can immediately feel at home during your vacation in the most pleasant seaside town Oostduinkerke.

From the moment you enter you will immediately find the spacious open living room and kitchen. Here you can all come together or sit at the large dining table to enjoy a delicious meal together! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, freezer, microwave and oven! The kitchen offers plenty of workspace, the ideal place to prepare a delicious cocktail to drink by the pool!

From the kitchen you have direct access to the terrace, garden, pool and lounge! The pool is heated from April to September and is the STAR of vacation home Villa T'Uzetje for young and old. The entire garden immediately brings the ultimate vacation atmosphere. There is a covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning.

The house has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed. Upstairs there are also 2 bedrooms; again one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (this bunk bed has a double mattress at the bottom and a single mattress at the top). High quality bedding is provided to give you an ultimate night's sleep.

Furthermore, Villa T'Uzetje has 2 spacious bathrooms. The 1st bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a large walk-in shower and sink. The 2nd bathroom is located on the first floor and has a large bath, toilet and double sink. Downstairs there is an additional separate toilet. The house is therefore very accessible.

Villa T'Uzetje offers parking for 3 cars, so your vacation can start immediately upon arrival.

Guests have full access to the villa and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
