A semi-detached house apartment located 40 km north of Kolari in the Äkäslompolo village Maahinen area, build 2013. Area 88 m² + loft 23 m².
Three bedrooms downstairs, two with double beds 160 cm wide and one with 140 cm wide. A loft with 4 beds (80 x 200 cm), livingroom/kitchen, 3 toilets, wash room, sauna (electric), drying cupboard for clothes, washing machine, tumble-dryer, second TV on the loft. Walk-in shower also in the toilet in the loft.
Two Travel cots (incl. duvet and pillow), high chair, potty, plastic snow sledges and a kick sled. Wi-Fi. Mechanical ventilation. Shared ski maintenance room. Solar panels installed in the spring of 2023.
There is an air source heat pump with cooling and warming functionality in the cabin.
The apartments of the semi-detached house have a shared electric car charging point Zaptek Pro. Charging with client's own wire and payment via app Koticharge.
