Completed in 2025, Joiku 2-i16 combines Scandinavian design with a focus on comfort and functionality. The 79 m² home spans two floors, featuring a bright open-plan living area arranged around a fireplace, a Samsung Smart TV, and a Marshall speaker for entertainment.
