You are very short walk away from a beach, actually 200 steps.
On ground floor. Poipu beach is very near.
Welcome to Kiahuna Plantation on the sunny south shore of Kauai! This newly remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Kiahuna Plantation leaves nothing to be desired! Relax on one of your private lanais overlooking the garden and parcel ocean view while being steps to the sand. Stay comfortable in your unit with the newly installed mini split A/C system! Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are at your fingertips. Fast 500mgb Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking. Check in time is 8am to 8pm with key-code for front door. If you comming after 8pm you will need call Outrigger front desk one day brefore your check-in and they ewill provide to you key code for front door. Next day you need back to front desk and finish you check-in. Oversized two lanai with dining table and lounge chairs they are in the unit.

Master Bedroom has a King size bed with all new furniture to ensure a comfortable night's rest along with full bathroom with double vanity and shower. Don't forget about 42" cable TV and coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! Living room is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests ( 4 guest tota ). In the living room you'll also find a 65" TV with cable TV to relax after a day's adventure. Living room have coveted AC! Enjoy cooking in this upgraded kitchen with all of the cooking supplies you can think of!

You need to go to the Outrigger front desk to check in. They will give you keys code, parking and towels cards. They will give you all the instructions for my condo. Reception working time is 8am to 8pm. If you have plan come after 8pm or if you have additional request ( pack and play, mobile bed....) you need to call Outrigger front desk one day before arrival and they will give you temporary keys code and next morning you need go to Outrigger Front Desk and finished check-in.
Check-out you mast finished to Outrigger Front Desk. You will need go to Outrigger Front Desk and make check-out. Please return towels card to Front Desk . Turn off all appliances.
If you not returned all towels cards Outrigger Front Desk will collect toy $25 per card.

I have pock and play for your baby which you requesting with the reservation and the Outrigger front desk will install it for you in my unit.
