Poipu Beach House with Ocean View and Lush Garden

This is a 5500 square-foot, eight-bathroom, seven-bedroom residence that can accommodate a large multi generational family. This two-story residence merges our 3 bed, 2 bath upstairs unit, two 2 bed, 2 bath units and a studio, all located within a luscious garden setting. A big group might benefit from the flexibility provided by many flats in the same structure. There are four fully equipped kitchens. The units are fully air conditioned. Beautifully designed and spotless. Professionally run.

We’re ideally located in the heart of Poipu Beach, a vibrant resort area with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping all within a one-mile radius. Poipu Beach, consistently ranked among the best beaches in the U.S., offers something for everyone, with designated areas for snorkeling, boogie boarding, and both beginner and intermediate surfing.

This is the drier part of the island. While the other parts of island may be raining and wet, Poipu Beach often remains sunny and dry.

There is street parking, high speed Wi-Fi, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. Plus the use of laundry rooms with detergent and dryer sheets.

This home consists of 4 units in the same building. We can accommodate groups from 1 to 20 guests. We also have another 8 bedroom home on Oahu in case you want to do some island hopping. Please inquire more details.

The pool that is pictured belongs to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which is a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. Access is included for 11 people at a time. Please inquire for details.

Unit 1 Oceanview: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, top floor unit in the front. It offers beautiful views of the ocean.

Unit 2 Aloha: It is right under Unit 1 Oceanview. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Unit 3 Royal Palm: It is another 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit behind the Oceanview and Aloha units, facing our beautiful garden.

Unit 4 Beachcomber: This unit is a studio that sits at the back of the building. Perfect for elders, newly weds or teenagers in the group who want to have their own privacy.

In this unit there are 3 full kitchens and 1 small kitchen with refrigerators with filtered water and ice, stoves with ovens, pots and pans, dishes and glasses, silverware. Upstairs dining table seats 8 and downstairs seats 6.

It is best to rent a car. You can park in the parking spots available at the house.
