This beautiful detached stone house is located in the village of Brotnice on the Dubrovnik Riviera. The house is located very close to the historic village of Cavtat (12 km) and Dubrovnik Airport (13 km). In the countryside near Dubrovnik, the mountains and the sea come together in the midst of the Mediterranean climate.

This place offers a fantastic view over the green Konavle valley and is completely private. Just 500 meters away you will find an archaeological dig from the 15th century and the sea is only 15 minutes away. You can go on many excursions from the holiday home. For example, visit old Dubrovnik (28 km), Cavtat (12 km), the island of Lokrum (26 km) or Montenegro. You can also go to islands like Mljet (104 km) or Korcula (144 km) and admire the wineries in Konavle (25.5 km).

The ground floor has a large dining room with kitchen, large living room and a nice bathroom. It has access to a fenced, tiled patio, an ideal place to unwind. There is also a beautiful tavern with an open fireplace and grill.

On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
