Hotel under renovation which we weren’t aware of. A carpet was laid in front of our room during the stay. No working air conditioning & when we complained (as it had been one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel) we were informed that it had not been turned on yet. In hot late June. The staff member made no attempt to apologise for the situation and was extremely unhelpful. Luckily one of his colleagues did offer some help in the end. The hotel itself was ok, although quite a walk from the main area in Konstanz. The breakfast was good & the hotel was clean but I would not recommend it.

It’s a beautiful nice new hotel. Parking was an issue. Breakfast had its challenges. But overall it’s a beautiful place and I would stay there again.

Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement

Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement This new hotel boasts beautiful facilities and even includes travel tickets to the city center. However, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. Uncomfortable Temperaturen: The air conditioning system wasn't functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably hot at night. Unwelcoming one Staff: The receptionist guy with spectacles did not acknowledge nor smiles , which felt impersonal in the hospitality industry. Limited In-Room Amenities: There was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and essential items like pans required a 30 euro deposit for use in the studio room. This made it inconvenient to prepare even basic hot beverages. If I book a studio i believe essential amenities as per studio.

Okay, there was a festival the weakend we stayed there, but to pay 160€ for this chamber, that's bold. It was a tiny room called deluxe double bed room. No chair, no table, no real wardrobe!

Bei Anreise, leider nur Englisch sprechender Angestellter, konnte " nur" das einchecken abwickeln und ansonsten wenig Infos geben. Bei Abreise habe ich nach der Rechnung für zusätzliche " Leistungen"? gefragt, bekam aber nur die Rechnung für die Kurtaxe, von meinen bei der Anreise bezahlten rund 27€ war nichts hinterlegt und man wusste nicht für was diese zu bezahlen waren.

Super Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Die beiden Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Wir werden wieder kommen. Die Terrasse sollte künftig etwas besser unterhalten werden. Zigarettenstummel lagen überall herum und die Aschenbecher waren überquollen.

Check in und Check Out war etwas zu lange, da gibt es zu wenig Personal. Personal war aber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fahrrad kann man in eine "Carport" parken und abschließen. Frühstück super, Pancakes, Müsli, frisches Obst und Wurst, alles was das Radlerherz begehrt. Zimmer war gut und groß geschnitten. Jederzeit wieder.

Modernes Hotel mit logistischen Defizite

Obwohl das Hotel im Deutschland liegt spricht das Personal (auch an der Rezeption) kein oder nur wenig Deutsch. Auch das Check-in dauert viel zu lange für einen im voraus gebuchten Aufenthalt. Ansonsten ist das Gebäude in guten Zustand, die Zimmer zweckmässig eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Les chambres n’etaient pas faite tout les jours... jai du demander a ce que la mienne ca faite plusieurs fois de suite parce que les femmes de chambres ne sont pas venues. Il serait mieux que cela soit systematique.
