Extremely Disappointed

Hotel had the wrong check-in date under my name. When I showed receptionist confirmation, proving the date I booked the room for, my family and I were treated as we were an inconvenience to them. As if this was completely our faults. When booking the room, it states that the A/C is included. The receptionist was doing us a “favor” by giving us the controller for the A/C as an apology for the inconvenience. Although the room was clean, there were issues with the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor would flood with water whenever someone would shower and there was no toilet seat on the toilet. Overall the experience was disappointing especially when it’s needed a night before a very long flight back to the states!
