The house has two terraces, one on the front of the house seaside, and one on the back of the house mountainside. Both are at disposition to the guests, for chilling out and preparing own BBQ.

Property it’s 3 miles from the Kotor sea gate, Old town on the west side and a foot away of Vrmac hill. Vrmac hill is known as a health resort due to particular crossing of sea and mountain air.

The Old town Kotor is on the list of UNESCO world culture heritage since 1979. The cultural richness of Kotor is invaluable.
