Ideally located on a peaceful side road on the eastern plateau of the Resort, this two-bedroom Superior Villa redefines luxury from its marble floors to its designer crystal light fittings. The property combines pure opulence with charismatic interior décor.



The living area of the Villa, which is located on the ground floor, features a two-seater sofa and two armchairs. The room is filled with natural daylight from the French doors which lead out onto the terrace. Just the other side of the marble staircase is the dining area, which boasts a large round wooden table with seating for six people. The kitchen, constructed from Italian wood and granite and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances from a dishwasher to a double door American fridge freezer, is situated just off the dining area. Additionally, on the ground level, there is a guest cloakroom.



On the first floor, the master bedroom boasts a large double bed with side cabinets, which also has the possibility to be set-up as two singles, a vanity table, ample closet space and a private en-suite marble bathroom, featuring a jetted spa bath with a shower, a built-in shower cubicle and a double sink vanity unit. In addition, the master bedroom enjoys ample closet space and is completed by two French doors leading onto the balcony.



The second bedroom comprises of two single beds, bedside cabinets, sufficient closet space and an en-suite marble bathroom with a bath/shower combination, a single vanity unit and a toilet. The room enjoys excellent views of the Resort and the mountains from the French doors, which lead onto the upstairs veranda.



Outside, the property is completed by beautifully landscaped gardens, surrounding a large 5m x 10m private swimming pool with Roman steps. Additionally, there is a separate barbeque area with outdoor dining furniture, a relaxation area with sun loungers and private parking - making this property the perfect home away from home!
