This hotel still new, overall is good. however, the sound proofing isn't that good. the pillow quality is not good. The cleaning staff needs to be more detailed as rubbish bin was not emptied, the refreshment tray was not topped up while my stay. Receiption staff are friendly. Location is convenient.

Very new hotel. Most of the staff are friendly especially the luggage department. Complimentary breakfast was already better than expect although not a wide range of choice, but is above average. Shuttle bus makes more convenience, although a short walk can access to train station. Room size are so reasonable in Hong Kong. Bath Tube are so nice with good enough water pressure. No self laundry room but some laundry shop are within 10 mins walk.

This hotel staff is nice and the shuttle service to the MTR station is a plus. However, the room size is really small and the premier view of the harbor isn't really premier level. I was looking forward to the "PREMIER" part of my booking which I felt was missing. Other than this fact, a good stay. I would choose to stay closer to the city center next time.
This is not what I expected as a "Premier" harbor view.
Room is so small and no places for storage for your clothes. You have to live out of your suit cases. If you have 28 inches or bigger luggage, the room will have no space to walk around.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was very warm and welcoming, and the staff went the extra mile by surprising us with a birthday cake to celebrate, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room was clean and comfortable. While the bed was a bit soft for my personal preference, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I truly enjoyed my stay—thank you to the wonderful team!

Room was big and clean. There are eateries nearby within a few new malls. However, need to take shuttle bus to the bigger malls or MTR. Shuttle bus only starts at 10am and ends at 8.30pm. MTR is walkable from hotel, about 10 - 15mins. There is a airport bus just outside the hotel.

Area I would say is still up and coming but we loved the hotel and how quiet it was Was so easy to walk to station to go into more central areas so for us the location was great The breakfast was great and we loved that included a variety of foods Lovely service and room and beds were clean and comfortable would def be back!
