Check in was efficient. Room was Family Suite, and very spatious for 3 people. 2 in bedroom and 1 using pull out in living area. Rooms were clean and on 16th floor had great view. Staff was very helpfull, especially as we peft a few items after check out. Phone response quick with confirmation of items still there. They skso yad them ready when picked up.
