For a fee 2 extra single mattresses can be set up on the floor to increase the maximum number of guests to 8.

This villa is situated away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a stone's throw away from one of the most popular beaches in the South. Conveniently situated, you will find both Western and Thai cuisine only a few minutes drive away. Situated in a very quiet position, in a small well run and maintained urbanization, this Villa is guaranteed to offer you the class and comfort you are looking for.

FIRST LEVEL:
The entrance takes you directly to a well sized pool which overlooks the ocean. From here you are able to stroll in the park-like manicured gardens, which boasts palm trees, flowering plants and a lawn with shaded seating areas.
The modern design kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine is open plan, looking onto an airy modern furnished dining room and lounge, boasting its own indoor rock feature. This whole area is able to be opened up for a windowless view of both the garden and pool. The pool area includes a patio set, 2 sun loungers and a gas bbq.

FIRST LEVEL BEDROOMS:
On the first level, 2 very spacious en-suite bedrooms have ocean and pool views. Fully airconditioned with walk in closets and modern showers, these rooms ensure comfort meets style.

SECOND LEVEL:
The second level boasts a well spaced open air lounge area with magnificent sunset views. The perfect area to unwind, read a book or just put your feet up to relax.

SECOND LEVEL BEDROOMS:
This bedroom is fit for royalty. The bathroom has panoramic views of the ocean. With steps leading into the spacious bath you have a clear view of the ocean and the picturesque sunsets. This bathroom has his and hers double sinks and if you prefer to have a shower instead of a bath, a large spacious shower.
This room boasts a walk in dressing room with ample wardrobe space. A dresser and a drawer unit.

This fully airconditioned bedroom with modern décor has a king size bed which looks onto a balcony. This balcony has a patio set from which you have a view of the pool, garden, ocean and your glorious settings around you. Wake up to amazing views every morning.
