Stayed here during our travel to Krabi in December Pros- Great resort: Good and well kept facilities. Great F&B: big shout out to the entire team especially Beem, Sunny, Fon, Ging, Wee. Had breakfast here everyday throughout the day and the food was excellent. Great view of the sea here whilst enjoying your meal. Friendly Staff: The service is excellent. Right from the reception with Ae who was so pleasant and accomodating to every staff you encounter everyday during your stay. Thai hospitality was truly showcased. Location: The location is amazing. Right opp the beach with easy access. Walking distance from 7-elevens, cafés, spas, and landmark night market. Cons: Rooms: if at all there is a letdown it is the rooms. It screams 3 star in an otherwise 5 star resort. Seems to be the only area of improvement the management needs to focus on.

The rooms were clean, staff were lovely, great facilities and pool activities daily. Also great location! Only issue was our toilet blocked regularly, but the staff fixed it very quick each time. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Our family recently stayed at this resort for 2 nights. In our 12 nights in Thailand, this hotel was by far the most expensive we stayed in and we were hoping to have an amazing experience, but didn't. The facility was nice and the employees were kind but our issue was with the room. On our 1st night, our key card malfunctioned in the middle of the night and shut off all electricity to the room, resulting in our AC turning off and our devices not getting charged. When we notified the front desk in the morning, they fixed the key card and assured us that we would have no more issues. Well the 2nd night, the key card malfunctioned again, but this time all of the lights in the room turned on randomly for a total of 4 times before we decided to pull the key card out. Needless to say all of our sleep was disturbed all 4 times and everyone woke up tired. We had a shuttle to catch in the morning when we checked out so I wasn't able to discuss our issue with the manager in person, but sent an email letting them know about our experience and asking for them to consider giving us a partial refund for our troubles. Eventually management emailed me and basically let me know that they were sorry but couldn't offer us any refund. Given that this resort cost us more than double what we paid in any other hotel on our vacation, the fact that we got poor sleep both nights was really disappointing and some compensation would have been nice. Needless to say, we can't recommend this place.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, polite staff. The pool area and restaurant were lovely too. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were great with an outside patio area. I didn't travel with any childen but the kids club and children's pool was perfect for families with small children.

This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel and we would return again. The staff are brilliant and very friendly. They work so hard to give the guests a good time. The grounds are gorgeous and very well looked after. Our room overlooking the pool and the ocean was well appointed and fit our family of 4. One negative we felt was the price of the extra bed for our daughter. Otherwise, we love this hotel and would love to return again.
