No beach view, hard beds, you hear everything to next room out in the hall, really everything even if you use earplugs. It smells a lot of ”toilet” every where at pool area and in the hall.

Nice room with pool view. The hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and a great market with many choices for food. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The pools were great.

I was supposed to be next but the names are almost the same so my traveling part got next door ( Holiday Ao) twice as nice much newer and a lot less noisy for almost the same price I would strongly recommend that hotel

The breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices. Omelet station was really good. Coffee machines worked great. The grounds and pool area were great although the pool area is small. Had lounge chairs on the lawn away from the pool to accommodate the crowd. Pool bar is expensive. 150TB for a fresh, chilled coconut. Outside they are 50TB. Mango shakes use canned mango juice and are more expensive than the fresh juice outside. The room was clean. The cleaning staff were great. The room and hallways outside smelled like mold though. The hallway walls are scratched up and badly in need of patching and painting. The outside of the buildings needs paint too. The beds were not soft. You can also hear the noise of the other guests around you. The area around the hotel is nice. Walking distance to night market, shops, and restaurants (Sunshine Thai/Indian Restaurant & Rosetta Mexican 👍) Walked a mile to Family Thai Restaurant which was excellent too. The beach right across the street from the hotel is nice. You can walk it, but probably not swim. Would I stay here again? Yes. I would. Our experience here was very good. The little negatives didn’t outweigh the good. However, our next trip to Krabi we will look elsewhere as I think a better place for that same money can be found. Staff was great. Fang especially. Young on phones. Need training! To me the management of this hotel has no eye for detail. Do repairs! Paint! Clean moldy smells! Train staff!

Staff were incredible. Had an issue with AC, dry cleaning, and tv all at once and they sent 3 workers up to my room to resolve the issues in less than 10 minutes. Great hospitality. Can’t wait to return.

I loved the hotel so much. The pool was amazing, walking distance to Ao Nang night market, lots of great local spots around the area as well. Quiet, not too busy which I prefer. I enjoyed their breakfast too. Lots of different variety. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Would definitely come back.

It is a decent hotel and the value for the price is excellent. You sure can compare it with a holiday inn express (high it used to be). The rooms are clean and provide everything needed. If not the staff will try to make sure and help with everything. Breakfast is nice and they have an egg statin preparing fresh eggs, Omelettes etc. for the guests
