The room was very big but basic, was clean. The only thing the mattress felt extremely solid but you pay for what you get for. The hall did not have main lights if entering the hotel late or leaving early meaning we have had to use our flash light on phones. Not enough sun loungers if wanting to chill around the pool. Very outdated and needs some money spent on it. 2000 baht deposit was required so quite a lot. Only ideal thing is, you pay for what you get for and also it was close to nearby town

It’s impossible to find this resort because they have merged with another hotel. You need to change the name on Expedia. It’s a huge place. Very simple.No air circulation in room as fan barely works. Needs some updating. Great location. Beautiful pool.

SĂ©jour de quatre nuits absolument catastrophique. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, les problĂšmes ont commencĂ© : nous Ă©tions en retard pour le check-in Ă  cause d’un vol retardĂ© et avons tentĂ© Ă  de nombreuses reprises de prĂ©venir la rĂ©ception par tĂ©lĂ©phone, pendant les heures d’ouverture. Personne n’a jamais rĂ©pondu, malgrĂ© de multiples appels. La chambre Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat lamentable : ‱ Sol sale, ‱ SaletĂ©s accumulĂ©es dans les coins, ‱ Rideau et encadrement de la tĂȘte de lit rĂ©ellement dĂ©goĂ»tants, ‱ MatĂ©riel dĂ©labrĂ© et dangereux : une poignĂ©e de salle de bain remplacĂ©e par des vis, une prise Ă©lectrique pendante avec les fils apparents. À cela s’ajoute un bruit rĂ©current, de jour comme de nuit : un appareil (probablement une chaudiĂšre ou un systĂšme technique) se mettait rĂ©guliĂšrement en route dans la chambre voisine, produisant un bruit vraiment fort. Le seul point positif : les draps du lit Ă©taient propres. C’est malheureusement la seule chose acceptable. MĂȘme avec un prix bas, cet Ă©tablissement ne mĂ©rite absolument pas d’ĂȘtre recommandĂ©.

NĂ„gon mĂ„ste ha en Ă€rlig recension hĂ€r alltsĂ„. Är super creepy hotel och hĂ„rda sĂ€ngar. Har man lyst pĂ„ en upplevelse i ett spökhus sĂ„ Ă€r detta nĂ„got för dig. Vi valde checka pĂ„ ett bĂ€ttre hotel dagen efter. 2 stjĂ€rnor för att (1) hur ofta kan man vara pĂ„ spökhotel och (2) personalen var helt ok.

We have had multiple unresolved issues during our stay: – The shower drain was blocked for three days even though we reported it four times. – No towels on arrival; we had to ask twice. – Very hard bed. – Only one small blanket for two people. – Housekeeping did not clean the room properly: they did not take care of the dirty dishes, glasses and cups, and they did not change the bedsheets. – On the second day they did not clean the room at all. – Several requests have been ignored.
