Had a few issues; aircon blowing out cold air and unwanted bugs in the rooms, but dealt with efficiently. The breakfast offer was great but the plum cake was dry . Bed very comfortable. The room only had 2 sachets of creamer which is not enough ! Our original room had a shower area which looked as if it was an accessibility area. I was not prepared for this and it put me off; we were moved to room with a bath which is what I requested when I called the hotel before we arrived

Excellent boutique hotel in quieter location approx 20 mins walk from old town (or 5 mins by tram). Rooms are modern and spotless plus reception staff super helpful.

Reception and welcome were great. Rooms were very spacious, couldn’t fault the facilities at all. Good location from airport and only a 15-20 min amble to the square.

Absolutely amazing if we were to go back to Poland we would definitely rebook this hotel. It was right in the middle of everything. With just a small walk to the city center. Staff were amazing and the place was impressive. Food at the restaurant felt luxury and was delicious.

Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful, staff was super attentive and breakfast was also very good. Hotel has a perfect location, very close to old town (for us like a slow pace 15 minutes straight walk from the hotel). The advantage of being located outside of the main touristic area is the quietness, you don't feel noise at night. I didn't feel unsafe walking to and from the hotel to the diff places. I recommend it for sure and will stay there next time I am in Krakow.

A lovely hotel that was a class above with decor, amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Very good location only 15 min walk to the square but quiet at night.
