Lovely hotel, great staff and the rooms are nice, clean comfortable and modern. Very convenient location for exploring Krakow. We were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out, which was very helpful.

Great welcome and check in. Pleasant lobby. Very nice room. Clean modern bathroom. Insanely comfortable bed. Dark!!! Black out blinds were perfect. Quiet. The only downside was breakfast. Over priced. Not very good. Not appetizing. Overcooked omlette when it did come. Awful service. No coffee even offered. Same can be said for the other tables around me! No matter, ate elsewhere the rest of the time.

A delightful hotel in a very convenient location in the old town. Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfasts amazing. Room very comfortable with tea/coffee provided and a lovely bathroom. Lots of choice of accommodation in Krakow so we were delighted with our choice and highly recommend.

Brilliant hotel. We had a lovely welcome by the lady on reception after a long journey and arriving much later than we were due to. We were tired , but the lady made the check in seamless and couldn't do any more to make us feel really welcome. The room, even though it was one of the road facing rooms, was extremely quiet, as the road is not one that has passing traffic so extremely quiet, and borders on to the park that circles the old town. We did have a problem with the air conditioning, and the room did get quite warm a couple of the nights, as for some reason, the Aircon goes off by itself in the middle of the night, so we had to contact reception to change the settings for our room which seemed to sort it (they seem to control the Aircon from reception, although you can change temperature in the room from the panel inside the room). We didn't try the food in the hotel, so can't comment on the quality, although if the service is anything like the service at reception, it will be good. If we ever return to Krakow we would definitely look up this hotel for availability as had a fantastic experience here. Thank you to all the staff.

Wonderful hotel. Very nice, quiet, clean room despite being close to the elevator. Room darkening shades helped ensure a good night's sleep. Minibar fridge and coffee/tea in room. Only downside is the restaurant doesn't open for dinner until 5pm. We checked in at 3 and preferred to eat and rest a bit before heading to the rynek. Plenty of other options but for convenience, it would be nice if they had even light bites. Otherwise a lovely hotel that we will return to.
