The hotel is in a fantastic location, a couple of minutes walk to the main square. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Beautiful spa. The room was incredible, very clean and decorated to a high standard. The staff were all friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We had a lovely stay here, but I would say this is only JUST a 5* hotel. The room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed, good quality bed linen and the bathroom was amazing (the automatic bidet was interesting!). The spa area was also excellent - we used it a couple of times during our stay. A few things let it down. The room was spotless when we first arrived but I wasn't convinced we received a 5* room clean in between and we're very tidy, clean guests. The floor didn't look like it had been hoovered! Whilst the spa area was great, children were allowed in which did ruin the vibe somewhat. Finally, it was my partners birthday on the trip and we received nothing in the way of a gratuity. Not something I've experienced in a 5* hotel before. Overall, a good solid hotel in a great location that was reasonably priced and I'd definitely stay there again. I expect the issues above are merely teething issues.

We loved everything about the hotel. It was very close to the square but we did not have to deal with the noise at night. Staff was extra friendly. The hotel breakfast was a little pricey, but very good.

Really pleased with the hotel, Jakub helped book our excursion. Time of the spa/pool were from 4pm so a little bit disappointing and there was no roof top terrace which is in the hotel description on the website, but overall very clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel in a really good location.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The hotel is absolutely wonderful; friendly staff, perfect location near an old town and amazing facilities. Everything is spotless, our room was spacious and comfortable. We made use of the spa every day which was such a lovely way to relax after lots of walking and exploring Krakow. I would highly recommend this hotel!
