We struck gold with this hotel, very friendly staff, room was absolutely spotless and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was ideal as it was very close to the centre/old town. Would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Room was fine. Breakfast was plentiful. Only issue was finding it. Mapping kept taking us to the street behind it. I believe it was the back of the hotel. Figured it out finally.

I loved Kraków

Location was perfect, only few minutes walk from many interesting places. Staff very friendly and helpful, we loved that. Nice room and our bed were comfortables.

We love this hotel, we have been here for the 4th time already and dont plan on changing hotels. Its right in the heart of krakow in the kazimierz district, excellent restaurants too choose from, walking distance to the krakow rynek. Breakfast is delicious as always and the staff is beyond amazing. It makes us feel even more welcome when the front desk ladies recognize us from previous stays. We love it here and recommend it to all
