Fantastic location right in the heart of old town. Surrounded by restaurants and stores. Really nice bathroom, clean room and comfortable bed. My room was a bit warm but the fan did the job. The hotel gavecearplugs but i didn't actually find it too noisey..there was a humm of people out dinibg & ealking the streets butcall was quiet byvthe time i went to bed. Would definately stay here again.

Ideal location for the main sq - however if your not good with flights of stairs , maybe look elsewhere- I was on Top floor - No A/C again consider that in the summer - Noise also an issue if your room looks directly onto the street - overall happy with the hotel for prices & location

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Everything is within walking distance. rooms made up daily, hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was well served and always plenty. Just unfortunate that our room didn’t have air conditioning but they did provide a fan, no fridge in the room which was a shame but on a whole I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again

We spend 4 days in your hotel and we have only a positive thing to say about your hotel and service we got , clean spacious room, bountiful brecfast room with heritage atmosfare, all in the middle of old town, fully recommended, kids friendly

A hotel that is located just off the old town square. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were also provided in the room. Just note however that Krakow is a city where the bars and clubs run until the early hours so you will hear people on the street. Ear buds are supplied in the room to combat any noise. The staff are very friendly and helpful and arranged a trip for myself to go to Auschwitz with a local tour operator.

Lovey hotel right in the centre of krakow. Nice rooms, very clean and nice shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat all around the location. Would stay again if I was in Krakow.

Lovely room, bit noisy at night but to be expected as at front of hotel in old town. No lift so three flights of stairs if on third floor, not good if you’re unfit.However we had a lovely time in Krakow. Room very clean

Great location, hotel suite was very spacious and sunny but a bit noisy above garden restaurant in the courtyard but well-insulated windows did the trick. The only thing we missed was a small fridge to keep cold water and milk during hot summer days, everything else was great and local food in both hotel breakfast and dining was delicious! We will definitely come back!
