We had a lovely stay in Krakow at the 1891 Garni Hotel. Breakfast was lovely, staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The only fault we had is that we were on the top floor and it was quite hot at times and temperature control wasn't sufficient. Also the shower was a bit of a strange layout. Apart from that a lovely stay and would come back.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Krakow. No more than a 15 min walk into the main square and a 30 min walk from the train station. In a nice quiet neighbourhood the hotel is clean, tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room we were in had a little balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The hotel was within an easy direct walk from the train station, the old town square and the castle. Also close to several bridges to go across the river for interesting museums and sights there. Absolutely spoiled for choice on dining in the area. Also the Kazimierz has so much picturesque streets, squares and buildings. Shops for all needs were nearby, some open 24hrs. The staff at the hotel were all excellent and friendly. The lobby and rooms are very up to date, stylish and spotlessly clean. It’s as central as needed but conveniently tucked away to enjoy peace and quiet. If I return to Krakow I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Made a very memorable trip.

This is a great location for southern Krakow. Away from the centre and expensive tourist restaurants, but still close to (apparently) the best pirogi (according to the locals). We pretty much just slept in the hotel, and for this it was clean and offered everything we needed to enjoy Krakow.

Lovely hotel - restaurant great too. Comfortable and spacious room. The uber found it a little tricky to find in the dark, but once find it, is good walking distance from main attractions. Would stay there again!
