Staff weren’t friendly. They just got the “task” done. Didn’t have any sense of hospitality. Room was ok but tv didn’t work and the shower was very damaged with water spraying in all directions. You can stay here but don’t expect a lot of warmth and hospitality

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was awesome -we booked without but paid on the morning 2 days out of 4. Our main gripe was our room appreared to be one of 3 on that floor without a shower - we asked to be moved but they were fully booked apart from one room in a higher price band or one in the lower. After checking the room images on my booking it shows pictures of both type of bathroom but it's not obvious. We really missed having a shower especially when the 'bath shower head' decided to rise up like a demented snake and soak all of my clean clothes. Other down point was the very slow tv. Location was good,30-40 min walk to old town - recommend going by the river. We would stay again if we decide to come back to Krakow.

I was really very disappointed by our check in We were asked to check in online early and did so by adding our passport details On arrival we had almost a 20m wait to be even seen, there was apparently no value in doing an online check in and the receptionist was both rude and despondent I look forward to hearing how you will remedy this Hannah

The breakfast has a lot of choices. There is self parking outside the hotel, everyday after 8pm to 10am and Sunday all day is free parking so no need to pay the hotel for their underground parking if you go on a weekend. The hotel is clean and modern and rooms are spacious, overall a very good choice.
