Easy to check in as you go to a hotel near by. I found the apartment very dark at night, lighting wasn’t quite right. It was in a very good position but there was a lot of noise from the street. Fine if you like staying out late or you find it easy to sleep.

Make sure you head to the mother hotel reception first. The Hotels App takes you to the locked apartment building. It's just around the corner from the post code given. Location and apartment was great.

Excellent location in the old town.

We had 2 apartments next to each other. Excellent location, in the old town. Great facilities and supermarket just across the road.

Amazing birthday trip to such a pretty and lively city! Definitely recommend! The apartment was of a high standard at such a decent price, and it is located just a street away from the main square, the heart of the city.

Good choice for short stay in Krakow

Great location. Apartment is furnished simply but clean. Would rate higher if it had air conditioning, but there is a fan. For a short stay of a few days, I would stay again, but for a long stay I might look for something larger, maybe with more amenities, depending on price difference. One big plus of this apartment is that you check in and out with a nearby hotel and the association with the hotel gives an added sense of confidence.

Great location and customer service

On arrival someone was in our apartment. After a bit of tooing and froing back and forwards from the apartment to the hotel we found it was another guest who had accessed the wrong apartment (he went into 6 instead of 9). Although not the hotels fault they gave us complimentary Breakfast for the duration of our stay by way of an apology. The stay was great albeit noisy from street outside. Great location only minutes from the main square. I would suggest a welcome basket of tea/coffee etc would be very much appreciated.

Wonderful apartment to escape the hustle and bustle of the market square but close enough to step back into it. Very clean and has everything you need, but careful if mobility is an issue as ours was on the 2nd floor. Could do with a few additions such as more comfortable beds, black out curtains, and more shelving & towel racks in the bathroom.

Clean, well equipped apartment in great location.

Great apartment within easy walking distance of the beautiful old town square, the river front and the castle. The apartments are well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The road outside is not too busy, so noise is not an issue. There are some good bars and restaurants very close by. Remember to check in at the Wit Stwosz hotel (about 150 yds from apartment), as there is no reception at the apartment building. The staff at Wit Stwosz are extremely helpful, and will give you directions to the apartment. We would highly recommend these apartments in Krakow, and we will use them again on out next visit.

Great apartment with excellent location !

Superb location - literally 2 mins from main square. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Check in was a 2 min walk from the apartment, but very easy even at midnight when we arrived. Overall excellent and would book again if in Krakow

Nice place, would stay here again.

The view from the apartment window was quite nice, and overall a great experience. For Americans please remember that second floor is actually the third level as we forgot this and had a tough time finding the room. But other than that, there is a nice little kitchen , a great view and a great location. The check in is nearby but is additional walking.

The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. The common areas of the building (stairway, entry, corridors) could use some improvements. Location was perfect just around the corner from the main city square. Overall satisfied & would use again.

Brilliant Accommodation, perfect location!!

Can't rate this place highly enough, lovely modern apartment so close to the main square and has a little shop just across the road. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only slight downfall was the bed, your back was sore the next morning but went away after 10 minutes or so. Staff were great, they took care of our bags before check in and after check out due to our flight times.

Great place to stay right in the centre Krakow

The check-in place is a bit tricky to find, but the staff were really helpful and our room was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again when we come back.

Great apartment located in the city center. The only problem is that you need to check in at a hotel near by. Hotels.com failed to disclose that.

Nice apartment very central

We could not have chosen a better location! Very close to the main square and key spots. The apartment building is old but absolutely charming, we would go back with no hesitation.
