Love my stay, it is just a few steps to the main square with so many choices for shopping and eating. The room was very spacious, and had nice decor, this hotel doesn't have an elevator. You have to keep this in mind, it was not a problem for me. I would stay here again.

The hotel room was beautifully decorated and the bed was big and extremely comfortable - best sleep we had on our trip. It’s a popular neighborhood and centrally located but the soundproof walls make it easy to rest in spite of that. Staff was also super kind and even left us Easter chocolates!

This hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel had great AC and the rooms were nice and spacious. The staff were very helpful with giving local recommendations and answering any questions that I had. A great hotel that I would highly recommend.

Great location & value for money.

Beautiful little hotel in a great location just a short walk from the main square. The breakfast is served in a restaurant beside the hotel and, although a little limited in choice, the food is lovely. The shower was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. There are four flights of stairs up to the rooms which could be an issue for anyone with walking difficulties. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Absolutely Perfect

This was my first time in Krakow in 7 years and my first with my wife instead of friends so this time around I wanted a nice hotel. This really didn’t disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location really is brilliant as it’s a 5 min walk to the centre of the Square. Most importantly though, the room was immaculate and exactly what we needed after days of about 20k steps seeing what Krakow had to offer. We’re already planning on going back next year and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Absolutely perfect for a few days in such a great city!!

We had a great time in Krakow! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the receptionist we met at check-in was lovely and very helpful. The room was immaculately clean, and on Valentine’s Day, we even found chocolates left for us, which was a really nice touch. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and while we knew the hotel had steps, being on the top floor made them quite a workout. I had injured my knee before the trip, which made them even more challenging, so it’s something to keep in mind if mobility is a concern. Noise was another issue. Our room faced the courtyard, and while we expected some city-centre noise, the music from the outdoor seating area at Pizzatopia was much louder than anticipated and played all night. Previous reviews mostly mentioned street-facing rooms having some noise, so this caught us by surprise. That said, the location was fantastic, the staff were lovely, and the room was spacious and warm. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Just be aware of the steps and potential noise if you’re a light sleeper!

This is a brilliant little hotel. You couldn't get any closer to the main square. Yes there are stairs and if you book you have to be aware, but totally worth it and the staff are lovely

I stayed here this week for four nights with my partner and it was honestly an amazing choice. As central as you can get in Krakow Old Town, the Hotel had everything we needed, appreciated the free Netflix too, and the bed was so comfy! The morning and evening receptionists this week were so nice and helpful as well which made us feel very welcome and one of the best Hotels I've stayed in, would defo come back if I come to Krakow again.

A Gem !

What a gem of a hotel in a fantastic locatuon minutes from krakow main square , lovely comfortable room , only negative there is 84 steps to the 3rd floor (my wife counted them) 😀 but no lift at the hotel, breakfast also fantastic at hotel 1 minute walk at end of the road , overall wonderful stay.

Other than no elevator and walking up 4 flights of stairs, the room was nice. It was New Year's Eve and they left a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates which was unexpected. The location was great. Old town is very walkable. I always enjoy coffee in my room.

Great hotel, brilliant position and friendly servi

We found this hotel to be great. It's in a really good position just off the main square so everything in old town is easily walkable. We were met by a lovely young lady who helped us with our cases - our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift - but they made this very clear on booking so we weren't worried. The room was large with a great comfy bed and lovely bathroom with a great shower. We paid extra for the breakfast in the restaurant/cafe just down the road and this was good. On the day of our flight home because we would be leaving before the cafe opened the lady at the hotel arranged for a breakfast we could pick up and keep in our mini fridge overnight. On New Year's Eve the hotel left a Happy New Year Card a small bottle of prosecco and some cherry chocolates which was a lovely touch. We'd definitely recommend this hotel for those who don't struggle with steps and want somewhere close to the main square. The lovely young lady in reception was so helpful and welcoming - a real asset to this hotel.
