Beach Villa Seru Di Santu

A brand-new oceanfront villa close to the city center of Bonaire. Villa Seru di Santu is the perfect accommodation for two families or a group of friends. The Villa consists of two floors with a private entrance. Each floor benefits from a well-equipped open kitchen, dining and living space with an amazing view over the calm Caribbean Sea. On both floors a total of six people can be accommodated and features three king-size bedrooms. The bedrooms all have their own private en-suite bathrooms and views of the surrounding area. All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels and an adjustable air conditioning system. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with a lounging space and a big dining table next to the pool area. This is the infinity pool blends perfectly together with the ocean and provides the perfect way to cool off when it gets too hot. The two stairs next to the pool give you a refreshing swim in the ocean. The villa also features the possibility of a scuba gear, an outside sun bed with an ocean view and a big sun bed to relax.

During your stay we will try to help you enjoy the island as much as possible. Feel free to ask about additional additianal arrangements such as private dining, chefs and let us fill your fridge so when you arrive the house feels like your own home.

Villa Seru di Santu is a very central located holiday villa situated next to the city center of Bonaire, Kralendijk. The main shopping and diner street is only a 15-minute walk. The convenient location makes everything close by.

An outstanding beach villa

Spacious, modern and well equipped. A lovely deck and pool, a house reef, and a great sea view. Close enough to walk to town and with a first class dive centre just across the street. Hard to fault!

Sunset Views & Solid sleep

We were a group of 12 visiting Bonaire to dive for the week. This home made it easy to settle in and relax. Very clean rooms & comfortable beds. Can’t beat the location. Lots of space to hang out as a group or as couples. Appreciated the wash tub and dive locker to hang all our gear. We even enjoyed a night dive walking directly into water from our beach. Our group had a great experience.

Fantastic Amazing Comfortable

Perfect accommodation for our party of 9!Pool is glorious and the snorkeling right off the property was fantastic with a super easy entry!We cooked fresh fish on the bbq and had easy breakfast and lunch at “home”. Great location and private parking for 2 cars. Right next door to Sebastian’s we enjoyed twice for dinner. We were not bothered at all by the noise from the restaurant. The only negative was the mosquitoes that ate the sweeter of us pretty bad at dusk and dawn poolside. Island wide issue so beware! Plan on getting spray and coils right away! Any questions or issues were immediately addressed by the host who was readily available. Will 100% book here again! Masha Danki!!

Outstanding property and location

We had a great time at this property. The location and amenities are awesome. After a day of windsurfing, diving or visiting, we were happy to enjoy the infinity pool and the terrasse to chill with a cocktail! The attention to all the decorative elements in and around the house adds to its beauty.The owner was very responsive to all my questions and the check-in was efficient. A couple of small things that could be improved: The lighting in the living room was a bit gloomy and, in the kitchen, lighting not adequate once it was dark at night. Finally, the kitchen cabinets could use a refresh. But overall, a place I definitely would be happy to come back again.

Wonderful vacation

We loved exploring and coming back to our beautiful nest! We lived in the infinity pool and dined at Sebastion’s, Pizza Mare and a few great restaurants in the neighborhood. We rented a larger villa the year before and loved it, but the location cannot be beat! The villa is very clean and the cleaners and pool man were so kind to us. Thank you and we will return!

Great stay

Our large extended family of 12 very much enjoyed our time at the villa. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool and property were so nice. The snorkeling out front was excellent. Communications with the owner were easy and Eva the property manager was so friendly and helpful. Our only complaints were a lot of bugs/mosquitos and the noise from the restaurant next door is a little disruptive in the two bedrooms that are on that side of the house. Neither of these are the owner's fault, just something for future guests to be aware of.

We love it here!

Everything about this house is perfect. We had 8 divers and 2 snorkelers. This in the middle of all the dive sites, close to town, an amazing house reef and the best sunsets!! I have stayed at this house 4 times and will again. Others in our group have been there 1, 2, and 3 times. We all want to come back!!

Excellent House, great location and amazing holiday

The booking process and communication with the home owner Niels was wonderful and comforting.The house was amazing and exactly what we expected from the pictures and the advertising. Eva the property manager was absolutely fantastic. her orientation was thorough and covered all aspects. She was very prompt with her reply's to any quarry and every little thing taken care of very quickly and professionally, she was only a text away.The house is very well laid out, and works perfectly with both the upstairs living area/kitchen and the downstairs living area/kitchen. We were 10 people (5 couples) all family ranging from late 20's to mid 80's. This was our 8 or 9th trip to Bonaire and the first time we have stayed so close to town and I think it has changed how we will stay from now on. Being a 15 minute walk to town changed everything. It was so convenient to walk, to use the little stop/go scooters was so much fun. Even though we had 2 wonderfully equipped kitchens we did eat out for most meals as we just love the restaurant options on Bonaire. So much fun going somewhere new and visiting old favorites. Sabastian's is right next door which of course we went to. Do not ever be in a hurry going here, you are 3 hours for a meal. Think of it as an experience evening is stead of dinner out. Having the restaurant right next door did not bother us at all, it was fun having a drink in the pool while the patrons were getting to their tables. Wonderful vacation house. Highly recommend

Excellent Property and Hosts

We had a very enjoyable stay. The villa is well-maintained, furnished nicely, centrally located, and comfortably spacious. Both the owner and the local manager were helpful and responsive. The place is modern, clean, and highly functional. Nice touches like plenty of towels, some pool toys, and sharp knives. We were a much smaller group than the place can accommodate but I could see that having more people would have been fine. Walking distance to several good restaurants and a good dive shop. We even dove a few times right from the villa. Would stay again!

Amazing property!

Had planned this dive vacation months in advance and was really excited about staying at Beach Villa Seru Di Santu. We were not disappointed. The VRBO photos don’t really capture what an absolutely stunning property this is! Communication with the owner and especially the property manager was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Fabulous house, great location, top notch amenities

Our group of eight seniors thoroughly enjoyed 8 wonderful nights at this Villa. It was perfect to have two complete units to spread out when we wanted yet have plenty of space to be together. The infinity pool, ocean view and high end amenities were top notch. Easy access to the ocean with a ramp and handrail the neighbors graciously share. Property manager, Eva, was very responsive and helped with everything we asked!! Sebastian's restaurant next door is no problem during their operating hours but they do some clean up or prep work in wee hours of the morning.

Great option for large group

Excellent location if using VIP Diving as your dive shop and you like to dive from the house - we saw lots of fish life in front of the property. Home had what we needed for our stay and space for a larger family group. Air flow at property was not as good as other homes we’ve stayed in that run perpendicular to the shoreline and allow more airflow through the main areas and pool area so know this property can be hit during the summer (if all AC units do work in bedrooms). Hosts left is a lovely welcome snack basket which was a lovely surprise since we landed late after a long day of travel.

Top notch Villa. Very attentive to our needs. The first aid kits need attention, replenish. I would recommend this property to all. Great location along with snorkeling right off the pool. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. You will enjoy.

The property was perfect for our family of 8 adults! We had plenty of room; the outdoor space allowed us to spend most of our time there- whether in the ocean, the pool, hanging out or having a meal! The most amazing holiday ever!

Thank you Niels and your team for a wonderful stay. There was eleven of us, three generations in all! The ages ranged from 3 weeks to 71 years old. Awesome time!

We loved staying at this property. The biggest reason we loved it was the access to the water where any of us could snorkel whenever we felt like it. We also loved the infinity pool. The restaurant next-door was not a problem at all because there is a very tall wall that stands between this property & the main part of the restaurant. We visited this restaurant several times. They have great food and a wonderful environment. Everyone we asked on the island told us we should eat at Sebastian's because that was their favorite, and we were lucky enough to be right next-door. There were a couple things about the house that we would love to see updated like the showers since the water tends to go on the floor outside of the shower itself. We would also like to see a dryer added to this property so we could wash towels and not have to hang them. Lastly, a nicer grill, beyond the circular charcoal grill, would be awesome. Overall though, the space was huge and we really enjoyed the outdoor table, as well as the view and huge table upstairs on the second floor. Please note the stairs to the upstairs is on the outside of the house. That was not a problem for us since our kids are all adults & stayed upstairs (three bedrooms up, and three bedrooms down). It was also awesome that there was a kitchen on ea. floor. Communication w/ Eva was fantastic & we loved how there was a basket of goodies waiting for us when we arrived. That was a very nice touch!. We are considering going back!

House was lovely with more than enough room for our family of 6. We didnt even use two of the king suites. Location was perfect with reef directly out back for day and night diving and snorkeling. The pool was enjoyed day and night! We enjoyed the convenience and people watching of the restaurant (Sebastian's) next door, some may find it rather close but it didnt bother us. VIP diving is just across the street and a great operation. We had a chef at home one evening we highly recommend - Manouk at Home, 5 course meal with wine pairings. All of the restaurants were great but the personal chef evening was the best meal on the island for us. Open the doors for an amazing breeze and enjoy! There is also AC in each bedroom thar we used at night. Do not miss the Van den Tweel grocery store, it was incredible and only 3 mins from the house. Also must go watch the windsurfers on Serabon beach at Sebastains (another branch related to the restaurant next door). I looked and looked and i cant find a house that can beat this location and ammenities. We will be back!

Great family place

This is our second time staying at this property and it was great. Kids love the pool and we love being ocean front. The property fit our party of 10 perfectly with room to spare. Eva was great at responding to our questions and taking care of anything that was missing. Thanks for a great stay!
