With a generous space of around 90 square metres, this flat is ideal for up to 4 people plus an extra bed option for 2 more people and a small child. Completed in 2019, it has its own entrance and a parking space right outside the front door - a perfect base for a relaxing holiday.
The interior leaves nothing to be desired: An inviting living room with upholstered furniture, sleeping function, flat-screen TV, radio and WiFi for relaxing evenings, a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, ceramic hob, oven, fridge (without freezer compartment), microwave and various other kitchen appliances including a small freezer. For a good night's sleep, there is a bedroom with a double bed and tiled stove and a children's/guest room with two 90x200 cm beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC, not to mention the cosy warmth of the central heating.
Outside you will find an idyllic garden seating area with barbecue facilities and a bicycle stand in front of the property. Enjoy the peace and space of the large property, which gives the manor house a particularly peaceful location. This is the ideal starting point for outdoor activities.
