The property includes private parking within the yard and provides a shared barbecue for guest use. Nearby, you’ll find a convenient restaurant, bar, and grocery store.
Apartment Viva °1, located on the first floor, offers two bedrooms for up to 4 guests, with the option to host an additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room (130 cm x 190 cm). The kitchen is fully outfitted with all essential appliances. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer for your convenience. The unit also boasts two balconies, perfect for enjoying a relaxing view.
- Pets are welcome with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of 15 Eur per day. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
