Jan Dollart II Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss

Grundsätzlich war die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung weitestgehend komplett. Trotz der Zusatzoption Bettwäsche und Handtücher, fehlten diese in der Küche. Was in der Beschreibung der Wohnung fehlte, das diese nur über eine extrem steile und enge Treppe zu erreichen war. Fotos vom Bad und Dusche fehlten. Die Infomappe der Wohnung enthielt dann unschöne Formilierungen.....: wenn man die Bettwäsche nicht abzieht, oder das Geschirr ungespült zurücklässt, das dies in Rechnung gestellt würde .... sowas ist selbstredend. Für die Reinigung der Wohnung würden nur 90 Min vergütet, ist die Frage, wird hier Mindestlohn gezahlt?!? Hinweise zur Müllentsorgung wurden erwähnt, aber nicht der Ort, wo der Müll hingebracht werde soll. Beim Toilettengang musste man sich quer auf die Toilettenschüssel setzen, da man vor dem Klo den Heizkörper im Wege hatte und immer war das Gefühl da, von aussen beobachten zu werden, wegen mangelndem Sichtschutz :-( Die Dusche war extrem klein, der Durchgang zum Schlafzimmer hatte eine Durchgangshöhe von 180 cm, was für mich mit 1,90 m Größe ein paarmal schmerzhaft war. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett war ok. Der vorhandene Sisal-Teppichboden war fleckig und machte nicht den Eindruck einer sauberen Wohnung. Die Fussleisten zum Bodenbelag waren schlampig gestückelt, und die Fugen und Silikonnähte offen und könnte eine Ausbesserung vertragen.
