We were given 1 single bath towel with 1 pillow each for our two nights stay. There were no face cloths or hand towels provided. There were no dish clothes or paper towels for the kitchen either. The shower gel/shampoo was definitely not enough for our two nights stay. Luckily we brought our own bar of soap. Hot water takes time to heat up and only enough for one person to shower at a time. The pool also happened to be closed for renovations the day before we checked in. Otherwise, it was a basic two bedroom apartment with a standard couch. Beds were adequately comfortable, but no housekeeping service available. Location of this building was pretty central to the Suria and Pavillion malls. The local Jalan Alor market was also within a 20-25 minute walking distance. Best to take a Grab otherwise if heading out during the heat of the day.

The place is clean and well maintained Walking distance to alot of restaurants and shops. If you guys can get some new towels, also provide some laundry soap since there is a washer dryer combo, also there is a step going in the bathrooms if you can put something there just to alert people that there's a step to prevent people fr tripping especially the elderly. We enjoyed our stay... will be recommending you to friends and families that will be visiting KL. Thank you.

My stay here was excellent. The staff was very helpful. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t believe the listing could be real, but when I arrived, the apartment exceeded all of my expectations. It was indeed one of the loveliest stays I’ve had anywhere.

Chambre propre et même s il n' y a pas de réception, le personnel reste accessible par WhatsApp à toutes heures. Serviable et courtois, toujours prêt à rendre service. S il y avait 2 points d améliorations : laisser à disposition le nécessaire pour maintenir les lieux propres car il n' y a pas de ménage journalier sauf sur demande et avec une contribution financière et quitte à avoir une cuisine pourquoi ne pas mettre à disposition un four micro ondes. pret à rendre service
