良かった点 ・清潔 ・whatsupによる返信が早い ・電源のOAタップがあった。 ・壁が厚いのか、たまたま静かな人たちしかいなかったのか、周囲の部屋から全く音が響いてこなかった。別のコンドミニアムでは、この点がひどかったので。 ・ミディアムサイズのワイングラスがあった。 ・洗濯機が乾燥機付き且つ容量も多めで使い勝手が良い。 ・テレビがでかい。 ・ソファベッドがある。 悪かった点 ・デポジット300RMが必要との話を到着日に聞いた。（返金手段無く結局支払わずに済んだが） ・窓の外に金網が一面あるため、夜景が見づらい。 ・プールの使用可能時間をどこかに書いておいて欲しい。（whatsupで確認したが、間違っていた） ・物を置ける台が極端に少ない。スマホの充電にはアイロン台を流用。せめてベッド脇に小さなテーブルなど台が欲しい。 ・ライトがいくつか使えない状態だった。 ・カトラリーにナイフが無い。 ・とあるベッドのカバーが所々色褪せて汚く見えた。洗ってはいるのだろうが、到着して見た際にガッカリする。 ・フェイスタオルがないとのことだったが、あっても良いと思う。
